THC drinks will soon only be available at dispensaries, among other regulatory changes
The Illinois Senate has passed Bill 3222, which dramatically changes the way the cannabis industry will operate in the state. Including tighter restrictions on the way THC drinks can be produced and sold, the amount of cannabis craft growers can produce, and a lane toward registering with the DEA for interstate commerce.
